    From flooring to kitchen finishes — a curated palette of premium options. Choose with our interior team during the structure phase.

    Pre-Handover Walkthrough

    A 100-point quality review with you present. Anything below standard is rectified before keys change hands.

    Handover

    Receive your residence with a printed warranty book, handover certificate, and the full document file in a sealed dossier.

    Registration

    Our legal team accompanies you to the sub-registrar's office. Registration costs are itemised upfront — no surprises.

  7. 07

    After-Care

    A 12-month defect-liability period and a concierge line, staffed by the engineers who built your home.
